Vehicle Rental Agreement

This is the agreement you'll sign at pickup. Reviewing in advance speeds up the handoff.

Driver Requirements

• Minimum age: 21. Drivers 21–24 pay a $25/day young-driver surcharge.
• Valid driver's license, presented in person at pickup
• Major credit card in driver's name for security hold
• Proof of personal auto insurance or accepted credit-card coverage

Security Deposit

$300 pre-authorization at pickup, released within 7 business days of return assuming no damage, unpaid tolls, or violations.

Mileage

250 miles/day included. $0.35/mile thereafter.

Fuel

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank. Return full or pay $7.99/gal plus a $25 refueling fee.

Cleaning

Vehicles are returned in the same condition as delivered. Smoking, pet-related cleaning, or excessive interior soil incurs a $150 cleaning fee.

Accidents & Damage

Renter must report any accident, damage, or breakdown immediately to (407) 555-0100 and file a police report when required by law.

Prohibited Use

Ride-share / delivery driving, off-road use, racing, towing, transport of illegal goods, or driving under the influence. Violation voids all coverage and authorizes immediate vehicle recovery at renter's expense.

Toll Roads

Vehicles include SunPass. Tolls accrued during your rental are billed to the card on file at cost plus a $4.95/day administrative fee on days tolls are used.
