Last updated: 5/4/2026

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Sunshine Drive's website and rental services, operated by Sunshine Drive LLC ("we," "us"). By booking, you agree to these Terms and to our separate Vehicle Rental Agreement, which you'll sign at pickup.

2. Eligibility

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver's license. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young-driver surcharge. International drivers must present a valid license from their country of issuance and a passport.

3. Reservations & Payment

All reservations require full payment at time of booking via Stripe. Prices are quoted in USD and include applicable Florida sales tax. A pre-authorization hold for security deposit may be placed on your card at pickup.

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Insurance

All rentals include the State of Florida minimum financial responsibility coverage. Renters are responsible for damage to the vehicle up to the value of any deductible and for any uninsured liability. We strongly recommend confirming coverage with your personal auto policy or credit card before pickup.

6. Vehicle Use Restrictions

Vehicles may not be used for ride-share or delivery services, off-road driving, racing, towing, or transport of illegal goods. Smoking and pets (other than service animals) are prohibited; cleaning fees apply.

7. Damage, Tolls & Violations

You are responsible for all tolls, parking, and traffic violations during the rental period. Toll fees and any administrative fees will be charged to the card on file.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Sunshine Drive LLC's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
